Protien minus workout?

I weigh right at 140, and want to put on some pounds. Im considering some supplements, but I dont work out. I work ALOT and am always running around. If I was to take some weight gainer, what would happen, since I dont work out? Ive been skinny all my life, and sure as hell dont want to get fat. I have a very high metabolism, if that plays into it.

So you don't work out, but want to add pounds? You wouldn't be adding muscle because you don't w/out, so what you would be adding by taking weight gainer is pure fat.

I don't reccomend weight gainer. Especially if you aren't even working out. My advice: start working out and eating right.

I use a bit of weight gainer and I am surprised that it works.

I workout aswell

I think weight gainer will be useless if the rest of your diet is **** though.

You can't just rely on the weight gainer.
 
you can't rely on weight gainer unless you're working out.
unless your job is something like construction, or lifting heavy **** all day, extra calories will just put on fat, not muscle.

the body needs a reason to build muscle...hence why we lift heavy ****.
