I weigh right at 140, and want to put on some pounds. Im considering some supplements, but I dont work out. I work ALOT and am always running around. If I was to take some weight gainer, what would happen, since I dont work out? Ive been skinny all my life, and sure as hell dont want to get fat. I have a very high metabolism, if that plays into it.
