Sport Protein when not weight training?

Hi

I used to take a lot of protein shakes when i was doing weights but i have stopped weight training about 8 months now and have instead been concentrating on fitness and sport.

I play tennis and football a few times a week and im wondering whether I could beneift from some protein supplements now?

I find it hard to keep my weight on as im doing so much cardio and fitness at the minute but I manage by eating plenty. Im just wondering if protein could help?
