Sport protein to fat?

Sport Fitness
if i eat too much protein does my body convert it into fat or what? im a little confused because my friend said it does but he didnt seem to knowledgable lol...
im trying to burn fat like crazy while staying healthy... i got on hydroxycut for awhile and that did help because im not a total fatty anymore but i only have a 2-4 pack depending on the day and i want a 6-pack.
basically i want to stay full of energy. i have complete self-control so if i really wanted to i could just stop eating carbs + fats altogether, but we all know that'll make my metabolism crash. any ideas on how to help me?

Calories are calories, eat too many, and you'll put on weight, simple.

Basically just stick to a clean diet, do plenty of exercise, and im sure you'll see the results you want. How old are you? out of curiosity.

all proper advice. excess calories make you fat. it can be argued that carbs are more easily stored as fat, since carbs are energy and fat is just stored energy...which is the philosophy behind atkins style diets. too bad teh body needs carbs to function correctly ;)

how much of each to consume depends on your goals (bulk, cut or maintain weight) as well as your height, weight, and lifestyle (desk job vs. construction worker for example)

well im 17 y.o. and im 5'10"... i dont know how much i weigh, i used to be 165lbs but i did cut down a lot, probably lost 2 or 3" off my waist because none of my shorts fit me without a belt anymore...
i basically just want to get toned abs + arms... and legs but i dont care as much about lower body. i rollerblade a ton everyday... probably about 1-2 hours worth of rollerblading. i lift weights every other day... mostly just curling + situps(<-with a 40lb weight) and a bunch of pull ups.
