Was having a browse through a vitamin store and was having a look at the protein section, JEEZ costing up to 130bucks, how long would one of these last? about the size of a tub of icecream
 
$130?! That's crazy!

I paid under 30$ for my Optimum Nutrition, and it's lasted me forever (it has 77 servings). Then again, I'm not a 4 protein shakes a day kind of girl either.

People often think that high price automatically equals good quality (hence the success of GNC).
 
you can spend from $5 to $150 on protein. online prices are always cheaper.
not all protein is created equal, but you don't need $130 protein to get its benefits.

ON's 100% whey is pretty damn decent and usually just under $30 for 5.5lbs on the net.
 
How long would that last Malkore? i honestly dont think i have the best diet and hence protein so i was thinking of buying you know..

Go with the advice they gave above and buy it online. It's far cheaper than 99% of the supplement stores out there. I'm a big fan of Optimum Nutrition too. You can get a tub with 80 servings (24g of protein each) for about $20-25. So that should last you at least a month and a half.
