Protein Supplement

Im looking to loose fat and gain muscle. I'd like to start weight lifting regularly and and doing cardi everyday.

To loose weight, i'll change my diet and use my elliptical machine everyday.
To gain muscle i have a bench press and dumbells.

So i've been told to get whey protein, but which one do i get?
I don't want to spend too much money and have come to these choices so far:







I like the All-in-1 but are the calories too high for fat loss?

I would look for Optimum Nutrition 100% gold standard whey.

it tastes good, and has a good BCAA and macronutrient profile. It should not be hard to find in the UK.

Remember, protein powder is just food. If it takes your daily calories over maintenance levels, you'll gain weight. Its really no different than eating a steak or a chicken breast.
