protein shakes

can anyone suggest me a good protein shake to buy? i hear Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protien Gold Standard is good but it only has about 24 grams of protein which aint that much realkly is it?

thats about the most popular one there is. most average between 20 and 30 grams of protein which is more than adequate for what they're used for :)

Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard Whey protein is probably the best for the price. You get a 78% pure protein for about $.52 a 24g serving.

The best protein on the market that I am aware of is Bioplex's Pure WPI. At 91% purity, it is the highest quality and the highest purity (zero carbs, fat, or cholesterol). Question is, at about $.58 per 20g serving, is it worth the higher cost?

Also, customers regularly tell me that Optimum's protein tastes the best! It comes in quite a variet of flavors such as chocolate mint and cookies in cream!

Syntrax's isolate is by far the best I have tried. The macro breakdown is kick ass and the taste is not bad at all.

Strawberry tastes horrible, avoid it at all costs lol

and if 24g isn't enough, take another scoop.

Any brand of strawberry for that matter tastes awful, I've gagged a number of times in the past, for serious
