Hi all, I am new hear. I am 22 (UK) and since slipping a disc in my back 2 years ago have put on a little weight, I wouldn't call myself overweight, but for me, I am not a weight I want to be.
I've just come back from a 3 week holiday, before then I was going to the gym between 3 - 6 times a week doing a mix of cardio and strength.
I am starting personal training once a week with my boyfriend and going to continue going to the gym as I was before holiday. Before holiday I was about 75kg and 166cm high.
I am thinking about trying some protein shakes, preferably ones made for weight loss.
Are they are good? Any opinions on this?
I will also be trying to up protein in general as I am vegetarian and getting in lots of fruit but mainly vegetables.
Thanks!
