Protein Shake or Breakfast??

well i was wondering and ive had very mixed comments on this so im going to ask you smart people...

whats better in the morning a Protein Shake
OR.. Breakfast?.. like (6 eggs white oak only)

the shake = 1 banna, 4 strawberies.., i scoop 17g protein 0 carb
and scim milk
 
i would have to say breakfast, but that's only because I actually don't feel right if i don't start the day with a good source of carbs ... a nice bowl of oatmeal or a bowl of cereal.
 
right i mean i feel fine and full with both the oatmeal and the protein shake

and i think both of them are at the same calorie level
but the shake has more protein

thats what i woul do if I could afford it!

The solid food will restore your blood sugar levels and give you some carbs and a full stomach, and the shake will boost your protein..so take both!

I cant afford to have too many shakes, so i save my protein shakes for the most important times (right after a workout), but if I could, I would take them in the morning and before bed as well.
 
thx for response... and i think thats exactly what im going to start doing... but as for meals ive noticed i started to cut out meals... i need to re-do my diet with food...

but this sounds great so far.... i got a great idea now on what to do... i just need 1 more person on his comment about this...
 
yes! cool.. hmmm ok and how about night time? see i work out at around 9-11 somewhere between those times...

is it ok to take the shake at night too?... or is that too much cals.. cuz i burn like 350 to 400 is that enough for a day?
