I hate to admit but I have recently been eating protein powder by itself without any water because I like the feeling in my mouth when it gets sticky and then I chew it. I don't have a sex life at the moment so please don't judge me on this little quirk I've currently obtained.
My question is could this do my body damage because it's obviously harder to break down on it's own than without water like it's supposed to be consumed.
