Sport Protein powder on its own?

Sport Fitness
I hate to admit but I have recently been eating protein powder by itself without any water because I like the feeling in my mouth when it gets sticky  and then I chew it. I don't have a sex life at the moment so please don't judge me on this little quirk I've currently obtained.

My question is could this do my body damage because it's obviously harder to break down on it's own than without water like it's supposed to be consumed.

The answer is no. And I'd say something towards stickiness in your mouth but I'm too hungover.

I used to eat entire cans of MILO when my parents got a new tin lol I have tried eating protein but its not very enjoyable. I prefer the way its supposed to be consumed.

Sorry focus but our NZ protein isnt full of sugar unlike yours :D

Your protein has less than 0.5g of carb, and 0 fat? o_O

Tell me which shepherd you get it from!
