Ok, so I started drinking protein 2 times a day (once in the morning, once in the afternoon) since like 2-3 weeks ago. Anyways, last thursday and yesterday, I threw up. On both of those days I had taken protein in the morning, but not in the afternoon after vomitting. anyways, i laid off of protein and sat at home sick for those 3 days and was fine, no more nausia. Anyways, Before I threw up, it was generally after lunch at school, 12:45. I would be done eating at aroun 12:45, go to class, and get REALLY dizzy. My dizzyness then provoked my stomach. I held it in till 2 and then threw up. Same thing yesterday. I'm thinkin, because i read something just now, that its the milk thats screwing me up. but at the same time, im going, why hasnt it happened in those other days? why all of the sudden? or is it not htat, maybe an illness like the stomach flu or something?
Today i skipped protein and felt fine, although i thougth that my well being was going to slip into nausia mode after lunch, but it came out ok.
ideas? already went to doctor, said it might be just like a kind of flu.
