Sport Protein intake schedule for long distance running & workouts (same day)?

Sport Fitness
I workout with weights first
-bicep curls
-pushups
-triceps
-situps

Then I run 4.5+ miles after.

I have protein powder (33g) and protein shots (27g)

Should I take a shot before everything, and powder after I'm finished? Or powder(& the shot?) after everything.
