Will I got more Protein from eating hard boiled eggs or scrambling them? I'm not very big on hard boiled eggs. I figured I'd get the same amount of protein from each way of cooking them or am I wrong?
You can also cook them with a little bit of trim milk in the micowave it makes them real nice and fluffy and if you want them creamy then add a bit more milk.
average of 6g per large cooked egg...about half in the white, half in the yolk.
ALL the fat is in the yolk, which is why you'll hear of 'egg white omlettes/scrambles'..or going with a few yolks and a bunch of whites.
