Sport protein foods

What are some foods that contain alot of protein besides like energy bars and stuff. I have a really $hitty diet right now. Im thinking im going to try to eat 6 small meals with all the protein i can get. Any helpful ideas?

Tuna, Salmon, Lean Turkey or Chicken Breast, Peanut Butter, Eggs, Cottage Cheese...
 
what about eggs? scrambled heh? i really have no idea about this stuff and what about peanut butter is creamy any better than chunky, is steak better than chicken? and how much should i each per small meal like a sandwich??
 
also check out yoghurt and egg whites scrambled in the microwave for a no-fat option ..no fat cheeses.. other nuts and legumes like chick peas and lentils and beans..
Milk also has aklot of protein but protein quite often comes with alot of fat...if you do up your protein intake..just try to keep it lean if you can... use other things to cook in and ways to do it and if there's a no or low fat option , go for that instead.

Chicken doooes actually have more protein than steak per gram, but they're different. If you don't have a problem, I recommend you occassionally do a bit of each.
