Sport protein drinks PLEASE

can some1 help me....i was wondering when the best time to drink a healthy protein drink....before a workout after a workout or just in the morning b4 the day begins....can u give me a reason why as well...thanks
 
post workout..because the body is primed for nutrient absorption, and wants amino acids from the protein to start repairing muscle tissue damaged in the workout.
