i've heard of kashi go lean and total just came out with something called total protein

dont know the specifics of them but might want to check them out

yup..

Hey,

Keto makes high protein cereal as does Atkins. As long as you can understand the whole "net carb" thing, I am pretty sure they are all low carb. Check it out !!

Kashi makes some great ones that are high fiber. Highest protein cereal I've seen from Kashi so far here is about 13g. Didn't taste all that great though. I go with the Kashi - Good Friends cereal. Tastes good to me and has about 5g protein 12g fiber only about 9g sugar. Kinda high on the sugar but doesn't seem to affect me. here's their

Hope that helps.

I eat the Go Lean brand and yes it is a little more expensive, probably about 1.5 dollars more. But it taste pretty good and it is better then a bowl of captain crunch health wise. I enjoy cereal in the morning so something even a little better is good for me

I don't know about anywhere else but you can buy Kashi Go Lean at Costco in Calgary and the price is pretty competitve with regular cereals. I find it pretty tasty actually especially on its own.

from what i have seen, most protein cereals are soy protein, which may increase estrogen production...which is why i stay away from soy...

I am not sure , but from the advertisements.. "Vector" should be sport-oriented and have some protein in it.

Even if you are not looking for a protein cereal, i recommend vector because it tastes good especially if eaten like trail mix.

Ditto. phytoestrogen compounds aren't allowed on my diet ;)

How unprocessed are these cereals? In case any of you have noticed in my other posts I am a big fan of pure and raw foods. In fact I am beginning to think that if you gave me a tree I would probably start to chew on the bark (just joking). Seriously though I would like to know for when I go on my carb fasting.
