Do they suck as much as I assume they do?? I don't eat them but could do with something that is convenient to eat for a quick snack if I am for example having a busy day for work.
I am travelling for a training day wednesday, then going back there thursday. Work are too cheap to put up for a hotel though, but thats local government for you.
What is a good thing I could take with me that I can quickly eat when I get a chance. I am going to take chicken sandwiches for the train journeys probably as it could be tricky eating a chicken breast and veg on a train.
Total travelling time is only 2 hours there and 2 hours back so not too bad. Is there a protein bar I can make at home that is actually good? All the pre-made ones are coated in chocolate and I don't understand why except just to try and make them easier to sell I guess.
