Yeah, this has probably been asked before, but I have some questions that have not been answered. Protein bars are obviously good because of the protein, but does it really work? I have had some people tell me that if the supplement one is taking is rather too artificial-like, the body recognizes this and turns it into fat... is that right?
Also, how many grams of protein is a right amount? I am very active, I lift quite a lot, and do a fair amount of cardio everyday, such as run 3 miles.
