Sport Protein Bar advice

Hey, been reading this forum for a while and really like it, so I went ahead and registered :)

I've been eating these bars as a snack and PWO meal, on average about one a day for the past 2 weeks.



I'd like to know what you guys think about them, I'm kind of worried about the 25 g of sugars and 2,5 g of saturated fat. You think they're doing more harm than good?
 
They probably are doing more harm then good. Also, you should drink a protein shake right after your workout because it's easier to absorb. If you're going to continue with a protein bar, eat it with breakfast.

Avoid protein bars, unless you make them yourself. Most are fortified chocolate bars, and are loaded with sugar (like the ones you're eating).
Some grilled chicken and nuts are a much better source (and just as convenient, if you grill your meat in advance) of protein and fats.
