Being that I am a women this would not be something I'd even contemplate but if I were a bloke, I'd have to say it still wouldn't be something I'd do. Just too shallow, sex is something special to do with someone you love IMO. If I were to feel the need I'd send myself to the doctor and ask to speak to someone about issues of a too high sex drive.

I don't think we are the ones keeping the male prostitutes in business. I think it's also men doing that.
But, to summer123, I want to raise three points for you to think about.
1. Not every guy is in the position to be with somebody special. There are men who go for very long stretches without having a girlfriend. There are men who live and die alone.
2. For the most part, the onus of starting a relationship is entirely on a man. While that is completely unfair, it is also difficult if not damn near impossible for some men.
3. I would be willing to wager that most men believe -truly believe- that, if they were female, they wouldn't let PMS cause them to behave erratically. We just aren't in any position to comment on what we would or wouldn't do if we were the opposite sex.

And I really don't see the problem with paying for sex (it beats praying for sex which happens after marriage). If it's controlled in some way, which means legalisation, and hookers are off the streets then it's just something that happens between two consenting adults
