Proper Breathing Application Using Strength Training Exercises and Progressive Resistance Equipment
We begin right with the body’s innate/inborn health being aware of how we breathe one breath in the moment; creating our time.

THE GREATEST MOVEMENT OF STRENGTH IS A GENTLE MOTION OF THE ENDURING WILL TO EXIST…The Body’s Will
The measure of human-health in physical exercise means you can’t neglect one part of the body and accept the other parts?
BREATHING is not part of your health.
Breathing is all of health now.
Let the human-body breathe and you will have created a nature of life to be alive with and live through. Put breath into your body, put freedom in your life.

Every breath you receive is to conceive life…it’s yours for the giving.
The heart-soul needs the breath to be alive
The brain-mind needs the breath to thrive
The body-being needs the breath so that health arrives

Breathing begins in health, moves with health and an end through health…its end is its beginning.
Breathing works with the heart-brain, nerves, bones, muscles and cells that make-up the human-body and a human-being.
Human sensations arise through inward-outward stimulus – it is all energy related from breathing.
Proper breathing gives the human-body its extended time to live life.
The right way to breathe while exercising is giving a human-being a moment to be alive to its life.

Breathing is what gives exercise health
Breathing is how exercise movements are fitting
Breathing is why exercise is being rather than becoming
Breathing is when the present lets-go of the past and touches the future

Practice Right Breathing with Progressive Resistance Exercise (PRE)

To Imply Is…
The inhaling of air/oxygen is transported to the lungs and transpires into informative-enriched blood.
The blood then goes to the heart and throughout the entire human-body
The heart receives and the brain perceives and life is conceived – the “circle” of living-giving- life is physiologically termed as “circulation.”
All that lives revolves like the earth and everything else in the universal system.

Inhaling slowly and exhaling gently two-to-three breaths before the start of the actual exercise movement allows the human-body to receive not only an increase of oxygen but also a reserve of “healthy-energy”. This bodily act will provide a human-being a time to perceive the following physical task – “lifting weights.”
This is a practice of being-in-the-moment rather than thinking what’s the end-result or what’s ahead.

Inhaling fills the “void” and helps stabilizes the internal-structures of the human-body to withstand the applied outer resistance of weight be used to exercise with.
Exhaling reduces the pressure on functional organs, blood flow and stress on joint/muscle tissues during the course of physical-exercise.
Along with the stress from the resistance-equipment we must not forget one of constant stress contributors we are born to live and deal with – Gravity.

To Apply Is…
The right application of breathing during Strength Training changes from a push to pull exercise.
A “push” strength-exercise is when the weight-resistance moves away from your body.
A lying dumbbell chest press (lying on your back) is considered a push exercise.
The resistance equipment (dumbbells) that is used moves upward away from the body. The arms are extended.

A “pull” strength-exercise is when the weight-resistance moves toward you body or is moved close to you.
A standing dumbbell bicep curl is considered a pull exercise. The resistance equipment (dumbbells) used moves toward the body. The elbow of the arm bends.

As much as possible, proper breathing while strength-training is inhaling-slowly and exhaling-gently through the nose with the mouth relaxed and closed. This practice produces a “rhythmic-movement” that decreases unwanted stress on the body’s internal structure.
The exercise will promote a practice of increasing energy capacity as well as developing the awareness-in-exercise and overall health development. Of course this will lead to improved fitness capability.

The physical repetition and absorption of sound-breathing creates-generate and perpetuates the body’s biological-health producing the “CPR-affect” – Continues Progressive Response.
Breathing produces a resonating rhythmic activity within and throughout the human-body.
The word “arrhythmia” which pertains to the human-heart means: an irregularity in the rhythm of the heartbeat.
When strength-training, the exerciser’s improper breathing pattern can induce an “arrhythmia” affect to the health of the heart as well promote other unhealthy and physical situations throughout the entire human-bodies of living-giving life.

To Comply Is…
What “kind” of health do you bring into exercise?
What “kind” of health do you exercise with?
What “kind” of health do you end with?
What “kind” of health do you live through?

NEXT UP will be -“Health Silence…Not Health Science
