Proform eliptical help

new here, and I hope you all can help. I have been working out on my eliptical that was formally unused for about 2 months with no resistance. I finally went to put batts in the console and now the lights just blink on and off. Proform is no help, they keep sending me to a number and email that no one answers the messages to.

Is there a way to reset the console?
its a Proform 880s.
any help is appreciated.

In our case, since we assembled it, we know exactly what to do. Just change the battery!

I think almost all the console, regardless of the brands/models, run off the battery. If there is no marking to open on or bottom of the console, then look for screws on the back side of the console. Just unscrew those that attaching the console, or just a panel to the cosole, then you should be able to find a dead battery! I believe ours are 2 AAA.

You really should follow the manual of your model!
