Problems with losing weight

So, I'm an 18 year old girl, about 5 "7. And I weigh currently 202.2 lbs.
I've been working out since the start of January, EVERY DAY.
That is, I do a lot of cardio. I have major exams coming up, so all I can do is skip for a period of 45 mins or so. I generally manage 1000 revolutions, 1500 on weekends.

Now, up to this morning, I was 198.2 (yay me!) but I had some KFC (I was STARVING!!!! I didn't have time to cook, and cereal was not available, and was rigidly studying) Anyway, I couldn't even eat the thing out, but I just weighed myself and I now weigh 202 again.
I started at 206.5 but is it even possible to put on 4lbs in 2 hours? :|

And what do you suggest I do to lose weight and keep it gone? There are some conditions though:
1) I can't run for jack. I'm soooo serious. I'm beat after about 30 secs.
2) I rarely have time now. I want to enter a high cred university to do medicine, and it's a LOT to study.
3) My diet consists of apples, rice and chicken, and cereal (with some more rice and chicken). My lunch is basically a salad sandwich too.

Urgh, and I feel bloated now... Think something's wrong?

Did you drink something with your meal. Like a big soda? Liquids are very heavy.

The salt in the food could retain water...wait till tomorrow to weigh yourself...the morning is the best time

hello^^

mmm have you tried counting calories to see exactly how much you are eating... what you eat does seem to be pretty healthy... you also have to remember portion control! tooo much of a good thing can be a bad thing =P

hmmm i actually started in january as well and ive lost about 15 pounds.... from eating 1400 calories a day (usually) and cardio! 50+ minutes plus a day...

have you thought the bloated feeling might be TOM getting ready to visit?!? i know i gained about 4 pounds of water weight recently x___X

and btw... all my cardio is walking.... with little bursts of jogging if i feel like it =P power walking! its great... hehe i might try running when im about 40 pounds from where we are now... ^^

No actually I didn't.
I had some water, but not much.

But I realized that I had a bad week, and I ate a bit of chocolate today too :(
I'm back at 200.8. It's not 198.2, but I'll take it and move with it again.

I think metabolically, something may be wrnog as well. I believe I have PCOS. It's unconfirmed, and is pending until July when my exams are done though :( But with how hard I'm generally working, my weight loss shold have been much more...

I was diagnosed with pcos last year. It's very treatable if you do have it. This is the easiest I've ever had losing weight my whole life now that I'm on metformin. I've had several friends who have had pcos and once they lost weight all the symptoms went away. It's a catch 22 though because the pcos can cause the weight gain in the first place, lol. Either way, Angelica made some good points about keeping track of your calories. And yea it's very possible to gain 4 pounds like that. As heavy as I am I've gained ten pounds in a weekend before. That's why it's good to weigh yourself the same time every day because you weigh less when you first get up in the morning than when you do at night. So if you do get on the scale just keep that in mind :)

So all in one day you've weighed 198, 202, and 200? You need to stop weighing yourself so much. It's probably just natural weight fluctuations to do with any number of contributing factors.

whoah... i was sooo out of it last night...
haha sorry i didnt even notice what i was writing.
had a fever -_-"

dont worry about going up 4 pounds in a day... drinks and food are inside you...
but in the morning when you weigh yourself... usually after a quick trip to the bathroom
you are usually at your actual weight.

once a day is enough... if you a crazy weigher like me.
dont drive yourself insane obsessing over numbers sweetie^^

One pound is 3500 calories. In order for 4 lbs to have come from KFC, you'd have had to eat 14,000 calories worth of fried chicken ;)

However, your body weight can fluctuate do to water and gas and who knows what else (make sure you're wearing the same clothes!) by several pounds over the course of a day. Don't be worried about a blip in the scale, watch for overall trends.

id recommend dieting with some walking.....then move up to some light jogging.
