Sport Problems with gaining weight

So I have been able to gain 15 pounds in the course of a few months.

However, a lot of the weight has been going to my face, which I don't want.

I would wish that it would go to my wrists/ankles/forearms.

My question is,
I have been eating a lot of sweets/ junk food to add these pounds. Would eating other types of food change the fat distribution?
Also are there any alternatives to getting bigger wrists /ankles?
 
I also would like to know this :) I need to gain weight in my wrists and forearms too, and not in my torso or face. Definitely interested in learning about weight distribution with different foods.
 
healthy diet, 6 meals a day, must hit you calories a day, and lift weights like mad! im in same position as u 2, i ive taken weight gainers and stuff, but its more about weight lifting and eatin properly i think.
 
where you put on fat is genetic. eating sugar is gonna make you fat, which is bad for your health.

if you eat good food, plenty of protein, and ditch most of the sugary crap, and lift heavy weights, you can target muscle growth on the forearms, calves and other parts.

But, wrists and ankles are mostly bones and tendons, not much muscle there...you cannot really increase their size. its called genetics.
