Sport Problem with new diet

Ever since I started my new diet, I have been ****ting profusely daily. My **** comes out in a liquid chunky form also. Is this common for bulkers? My new diet consists of around 4900 calories, 143 g fat, 519 g carbs, and around 390 g protein. I weight around 162 pounds. Too much protein maybe?
 
lol god damn.... that is a lot of food. are you forcing yourself to eat?
 
I just started this diet on Monday. My diet before this was around 3300 calories, 230 g protein. That went on for a month or two.
 
Why are you eatting 4900 cals/day?

Did you use some sort of formula to work out that amount?

Its a huge amount of cals and if you really need it then buid up to it and see if you still have a problem. maybe go back to 3000 and add 100 each day
 
Yes its the protein, half of that is enough for you
