Problem with arms

My right bicep is nearly twice the size of my left, due to being a righty and predominantly using my right arm playing baseball, tennis, and various other things in my life. I have been using a 25 lb weight for my left bicep and 20 for my right while I work out to see if maybe it will even out, but I'm not getting immediate results (which I didn't expect anyway), so I don't know if I'm doing the right thing or not. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?
I'm 16 and 160 lbs if that helps at all?

When lifting for strength you should use a higher weight and lower reps, but when training for size you should use a lower weight with higher reps.
So you may be making the problem even worse by using lower weight in your bigger arm.

Work them both equally in exercises like chin-ups, rows, and two handed curls (as well as dumbells of the same weight). Correct me if I am wrong, but I suspect that your arms aren't that developed anyway. Once they both start growing, the difference will be less noticeable.
