Problem taking hydroxycut, The right way?

Hi there,

I have recently purchased a 140 capsule container of Hydroxycut. Now before getting into the problem, I’m 30 years old, 6 2 heights, 222 lb, and smoker of a ten per day for about 6-7 years, really not the active type since I remember and no previous medical history. Recently I’ve hired a trainer, began to workout, cut down on cigarettes, and following a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Also from some 5-6 months ago, I’m experiencing an undiagnosed, atypical – not occurring with dyspnea or during exercise or stress-related – chest pain. I did treadmill cardiac stress test and echo, and both came out fine. I’ve been excising for two weeks now, and those chest pains neither exacerbated nor diminished.
Now here’s my question,my trainer told me to take 2 capsules before breakfast and two some 15 – 30 min. before exercise from the beginning of my program. After reading the direction on the bottle, I somehow modified his regimen, took 1 before breakfast, one before the exercise and one before the lunch which I usually have sometime between 5-6 p.m.!!! The only symptom I was experiencing was a tingling discomfort located at my back below scapula near the spine with a size of a palm
After a week I increased the daily dosage to 2 per serving, I took two before breakfast, and after an hour or so I had one of those atypical chest pain, which was by no mean pleasant! Also I had not experienced such a pain during my first week of workout except the aforementioned symptom. Due to the circumstances – I had to go on a mission – I was not able to properly workout for 4 days, and after experiencing the pain I stopped taking the pills. For the first 2-3 days I had the pain in the form of the symptom, but after the day 4, no more symptoms. During those days, I followed my diet very closely. Since I’m back, I take one cap. before breakfast, two before exercise, and I’m experiencing the exact symptom again but no chest pain.
Also I’ve lost 9 lb. during those 2 weeks, which include 6 days of workout plus 3 cap. per day, 4 days without workout and Hydroxycut, the again 4 days working out and the regimen as above.

I’m really confused, and worried about the dorsal tingling discomfort which may last for more than 3-4 hours. Now what I should do?

I’m not taking any other prescription or OTC drugs, never took any for a medical condition. I take L-carnitine, one cap. 5 min before workout as instructed by my trainer. Not much more to say.

Any suggestion is highly appreciated
