Problem Spots

Problem spots are eveywhere. I am 38, exercising 5-6 times a week for 1-1/2 hrs a day, cardio as well as machines and abs but I'm not losing my middle. Been doing this since Aug 04. I weigh 256 and 116 lbs overweight and I am thinking that surgery is the only answer. I prefer not but I am getting so frustrated.

Well I Think You Can Do This On Your Own Without Suregery But That Is Up To You! Welcome To The Forum And We Will Support You In Whatever You Decide! But The Surgery Isnt A Magical Fix Either There Are Things That Go With That! We Have Some Personal Trainers That Are Memebrs Who Can Help You With A Routine Maybe To See Why It Isnt Working For You! Welcome To The Forum!:)
