I just wanted to share something that has helped me. I've had problems with abdominal distension/bloating for a long time. I just started taking a supplement for digestive health - Lactobacillus Acidophilus, more commonly known as L. Acidophilus, or just Acidophilus. It's a probiotic that recolonizes the flora in your intestines. After just one day, I noticed significantly less bloating. I've been taking it for about 3 days now, and I can really see a difference. Normally I would wake up with a flat tummy, but by the end of the day, I could barely button my jeans. My stomach was always puffed out and uncomfortable. Since the day I started taking this, my stomach remains fairly flat all day long. I'm not saying it will work for EVERYONE, but it has really helped me. It's worth a shot, and it can't hurt trying!
