probiotic diet

I am starting my own diet, it is called: probiotic diet.

The diet is such:

At least 4 cupfulls of live yogurt/kefir must be included in the diet in the morning
And at least another 4 cupfulls of live yogurt/kefir must be included in the diet in the later of that day. The yogurt/kefir must be flavorless.

Nutritional powder must be mixed with some of that yogurt: the powder must have protein, vitamins, nutrients that are needed. All of this must be mixed with some yogurt and eaten.

Must exercise by cycling at least 5 miles a day and/or walking around the area/streets to complete the needed 5 miles.

Everything else is as one wishes, whatever he/she eats, whatever he/she wants. However the amount of that other eaten must be reduced over the month so that by the end of that month 1/2 of that other food is eaten only.

I did this diet and it worked ( I used to weight 260'ish...past year)

So, who is with me? ( I will tell you the details ) ;)
