- Hello everyone, i want to start my diary by telling you who i am.
My name is
Primrose, i am 19 years old. My height is 161 cm (5.2) and my current weight is 63 kg (138.8 lbs).
- I have PCOS and Hashimoto's disease (basically, they both affect my hormones).
- My maximum weight was 80 kg (176.3 lbs) and my minimal weight was 59.3 kg (130.7 lbs).
- I have lost weight with Keto+IF+OMAD. No exercises.
- My goal is to get fit and be around 52 kg (114.6 lbs).

-My weight loss journey began in January 2017, i just turned 16 and my weight had reached 80 kg (176.3 lbs) , so i was quiet big for my age and height. It was really hard seeing this number for the first time on my scale and i didn't now how to lose weight, i was very addicted to sweets and especially sugar . I tried many diets, exercises, i even had a personal trainer but it all didn't work until somehow i just stumbled into keto and i fell in love, it just opened my eyes on how my organism works and what is really bad for me. Doctors told me that it would be impossibly hard for me to lose weight even a little and they had prescribed me with hormonal pills, i straight away said that i am not going to ruin my organism by taking hormones and i was right. Just after i lost weight my results became normal and my health improved significantly. I didn't expected to lose weight so fast and i didn't think that its going to be so easy. The first week was just insane, and mean it, i lost 2 kg (4.4 lbs) in one day, i felt amazing and i was so active like i had an energy drink or something (and i was a typical sad, sluggish teenager). I lost around 5 kg (11 lbs) after a first week on keto and overall i lost 10 kg (22 lbs) in first month, after that i did have a big pause (2 month) but i didn't gain weight. In April i continued my journey and by summer i was 62 kg (136.6 lbs). So basically it took me 6 month to lose 20 kg (44 lbs). Its been 3 years now, i have continued to eat healthily, my minimal weight during this time was 59.3 kg (130.7 lbs), but recently i have experienced a lot of stress and i have gained 3 kg (6.6 lbs). So it brings me here, i want to get fit and reach my dream weight by summer and i need a little help from you .

I want to motivate myself and i think that it would be easier to lose weight if i had a community to report to or if i had a weight loss buddy who i wouldn't want to let down. So if you have any questions feel free to ask or if you want to become my diet friend just text me. I don't care what weight or age you are, if you are looking for someone who can help you start your weight loss journey i can help you with that.


My plan is to begin with a couple of days of just IF, and then i will continue with keto and my favorite exercises until i reach my goal. :beating:

Hey Primrose, good to see you in the diaries! Knowing you have PCOS and Hashimoto's your weightloss is even more of an achievement. I've heard more people praise the combination of low-carb and IF in that case though. Best ofluck!
