You can normally get Optimum Nutrition for around 20 dollars at GNC for a 2 lb jug. Sometimes you can find it on sale though.

Check out www.bodybuilding.com online supplement store though, you can usually get it cheaper through them.
 
I use ON and a 2-pound tub has 31 servings. You can go to bodybuilding.com and check out the servings for the larger tubs, too.
 
online you can find the 5lb containers of whey for around 25 dollars. they'll have roughly 80 servings. taken once a day will last you almost 3 months. ;)

good brands are optimum, universal, eas, designer, dymatize, etc
