Hi Guys,

Yesterday I went to the gym feeling so lethargic it was un true so this morning when i got up before i eat i went and found this article http://uk.askmen.com/top_10/fitness_top_ten/24_fitness_list.html

Now once i read this this is what i ate


Breakfast

Porridge with Golden Syrup (Symington Oats Blast x2 sachets)

Green Tea x2

Robinson's Apple and Blackcurrant Squash (No Added Sugar)


Snack

Onken Fat Free strawberry Yoghurt and Co op Dried Berries and Fruit Mix

Green Tea x2


Waited an hour went to go the gym and it worked i felt great i managed a workout i was happy with 40 mins on elliptical trainer (cross trainer)

I include the banana, peanut, butter smoothie made with soya milk and protein powder is what I use.

Only a SMALL one or it'll fill you up too much.

Make it night before have it on waking then get ready to go, gives it a little time for it to settle.

I find this works for me.:beerchug:
 
AA simple whey protein and raw milk shake is great preworkout meal. You can some oats or quinoa if you need the extra carbs. But really any healthy, balanced meal with ample protein and carbs should suffice.
