i know that some meds can either help/hinder weight loss for some people. for instance i know some antidepresants like remeron can cause massive weight gain and topamax (drug i just started) tends to promote weight loss as a side effect. so i was just wondering who here takes medications and which ones? and if you dont, then what supplements do you take and what do they do?

I take lover 10 supps and am too lazy to list them, if your going for weight loss go with ephedrine and caffeine and if you want add either yohimbine or aspirin. best supp I take? Creatine, I can lift more when I take it and I love it. a good one mentally when working out is AAKG, gives good pumps. Chocamine is supposed to be good for cutting but I didnt really notice much. ALCAR is supposedly good for nutrient repartitioning and supposedly helps as an antiaging thing. uh what else.......piracetam is really good if your taking a test or something(makes you have good cognitive memory for a bit). uhhhhhhhh I dont take any meds but if you decide to take any supplements make sure to talk to a physician first(my disclaimer lol). I am not sure what your looking for so I cant tell ya what to use or whatnot. Oh and taurine is supposed to be real good for not cramping up, seems to work........yohimbine as a good side affect increases bloodflow to your downstairs area(you know what Im talking about;)), makes it more sensitive when your doin it(I love it lol). hmmm what else. I think thats the better ones I use. remember cigarettes are bad for you. And I answered your damn post anything else miss queen wonderwoman:)

I take now .... like a gigillion supplements now..well maybe a few less than that..
I take Omega 3s, Flax oil, sweet annie (herb for hormone imbalance & metabolism), kelp, optimum multi vits x3 a day...and something else i forget...but i take them all about 2 to 3 xs a day each...uggh..but im gonna get used to them eventually. I was on alot of asthma meds before i started working out hard in Jan..and they really made me retain fluid & slowed my metabolism...Since ive been working out I dont need them or my allergy meds...so that is a very cool thing. Sometimes it helps to go over what you are on & what you want to achieve w/ your doc/ nutritionist...I have a fabulous nutritionist that has helped me alot..

ooohhh i think i like miss queen wonderwoman lol. and why u so lazy anyway? u sound like my husband ;) and aspirin actually adds weight, is that what u ment? cuz i was taking 1 daily so i dont have a heart attack hehe. i just recently started taking super omga complex which contains borage seed oil, flaxseed oil, fish oil, and safflower oil.

excuses, u take yours a few times a day?
