Guys can anyone vouch for this product?

Seeing as its 7 months down the line and I'm still picking things up in the supermarket that have sugar in the first three ingredients, I need a little help.

Basically, it would be perfect if someone told me "eat this at this time". Seeing as that's not going to happen, I need to get all the basics nailed down.

I feel the time has come now where ignoring proper nutrition is hindering my gains and goal completion significantly.

Do i think if you took some time and did alot of reseach on your on that you could answer most of what is in there yourself, yes.

However is it a good product, easy to follow and save you alot of time, for sure. Berardi is solid and I have no doubt its a sound product. I think the price is pretty moderate if you count in the time it will take to learn it on your own so I say go for it.

I don't doubt my own research, I have learnt a hell of a lot already.

My problem leip, is the application of that knowledge.

I also toyed with the idea of SGX as once I've converted the dollar's to sterling they are both very cheap in comparison to seeing nutritioists etc. over here. Plus finding a nutritionist for a sensible price here that people can vouch for...well...that's why I'm in here asking this question
Thanks for the reply.

Aww so basically you really need that tight "do as I say" kind of thing going on, with specific layouts and plans without budge? Well again he would be the way to go as he keeps its real and simple.

Also if you are looking for good pre-done meal plans I got a massive index downloaded for 2 week periods at a time. Very clean, very no nonsense kind of stuff. If interested let me know I could send then to you (they are in PDF format)

The meal plan thing was all one of the women I am helping needed. She understood everything, it was just applying it was a problem, but once I just said "okay, eat exactly this here at this time, in this amount" she was fine and started seeing great results.

Yes, I have it.

Dr. Berardi does a good job of explaining the why's of the different 10 habits.

however, you could scour his site and find just about everything you need to know. It's mostly planning.

One thing that bothers me is he bastardizes oatmeal, except as pwo nutrition, but he does have a lot of anytime and pwo recipes.

try eating like Berardi suggests in these articles:

you're apparently still grocery shopping for processed foods. bad. the most processed food you should be buying is whole wheat pasta and the red sauce to go with it.
there's no reason to even walk down 50% of the isles in your supermarket. no cookies, no crackers, very little bread.
spend most of your time in produce, the meat dept. and dairy/egg case. whole, natural foods with very little processing, if any.
