pre workout supplements..........

I am researching alot of different kinds of pre workout supplements. For instance white flood, one, super pump 250. Has anyone tried these? Im worried about feeling bloated and in the past creatine made me feel that way. Is it safe to take fat burners with pre workout supplements? Thanks for any info!
 
I take 5g glutamine and a caffiene drink.

Creatine is probably best taken post-workout, as its then that your body will require more creatine and fluid.
