Weight-Loss Pre Workout Snack

I'm wondering if anyone would have any advice on what would be a good pre workout snack. I go to the gym after school. My lunch break ends at about half one so I'll need something at around four before then gym. Any suggestions? Low calorie is preferred. Thanks
 
It's not always low calorie but high protein foods before a workout are often recommended. High protein 'snacks' can include peanut butter, nuts, etc. Again, these are high calorie food but eat a small enough portion and it's a great way to get a big dose of protein before a workout.
