Sport Pre-Workout Meal

by replacement meals, i assume you mean a meal replacement bar (mrp). and the answer is no, mrp are not considered good in most every situation. i carry one with me always as a just in case type thing, not as a regular thing. meals consisting of natrual foods are best.
 
I say yes to stuff like Myoplex, Met-Rx, adn the other assorted MRP's out there, but make sure you read the ingredients, and I would suggest adding a piece of fruit with it. Its not the only good pre-workout meal, but its' gonna give you a blend of proteins, and some carbs. Adding the fruit will add some fiber (though some MRP's are coming with fiber now).
