Hello, let me introduce myself. I am Andy and I am in need of some phsyical lifestyle changes. I am not to much over weight, I am 6'1'' and weight about 220. I am just very out of shape. My knees always hurt, its a pain for me to bend over. I am 19 years old and it feels like I am 19 going on 80. I would love to start monitering what I eat and start to exercise and weight train. My question is, where does some one like me start? I am willing to sacrifice anything, although I'd hate to give up soda. Thanks a lot.
