what should i eat before a gym work out inorder to boost my engergy and stamina?

any snacks, energy bars, drinks etc?

nooo.. Take creatine after a workout when your muscles need it most. Before your workout eat a meal that is high in protein and carbs. I eat eggs and a protein shake. Something to give you energy throughout your workout. ;)
 
yeah I pile in simple carbs to fule me throughout the workout my formula usually consist of unflavored protein fruits, fruit juice, & yogurt I blend all of that up and that's what I take b4 I workout.
