Pre-Bed Protein...

Hey

So i tried the whole pre sleep cottage cheese thing and got sick of it quickly, so i bought some of this

Ive had no problems with it other than it doesnt dissolve and i ordered unflavoured so it had to be drunk over a sink, just in case. However ive just finished it and was wondering if it was worth buying more?

Ive definitely benefitted from eating protein pre bed, but am unsure whether this was down to the milk protein itself or simply because it made me more regimental about having it every night.

What you reckon? is it worth it? its £5/$10 more than my regular whey, which i suppose i could take with a couple of fish capsules. whats your opinion?

Thanks
ben

i'm a fan of cottage cheese at bed time, or other whole proteins.

whey with a couple fish caps still won't sit with you as long as casein or whole protein.

that said, perhaps you can cycle thru with the powder some days, cottage cheese other days, and other protein sources on other days (egg whites, chicken breast, etc)
