hi guys and girls, i like powerade and i dont just have it after or during a workout either,anytime.but whati did notice isthere is no sugar level indication on the back with all the rest of the info.but theres heaps of carbos.IS POWERADE FULL OF SUGAR??????????????????????

Water should be your main beverage when working out. Sports beverages are only recommended during prolonged activity, 45 mins-hour+ otherwise it's pretty much just as bad as soda.
