power clean form

i am starting a program that includes power cleans and i am a self taught lifter. so i figured this is neccissary.



any improvements or tips you can give me will be appreciated.
 
Looks like you're not extending your hip all the way through, you're stopping a bit short. You want to be quick to duck under to catch without compromising the extension. Other than that it looks great!
 
so as long as im extending my hips all the way through im good? i took more videos from the side that i'l upload. any advice as to how i'd fix it? lol im just trying to make sure to extend my hips all the way through and then jump. il put another video up soon. thanks.
 
As far as I can tell, yeah. The only obvious flaw I can see is the hips not going all the way through. But I'm not an olympic coach, I can just tell you about the obvious stuff, not the details.
