Power circuit training.

My diet consist mainly of wheat bread, juice and lean meats eg; turkey, chicken breasts, fish. I consume bananas and milk on a daily basis.

Breakfast: Wheat bread with OJ and banana.

Lunch: Baked chicken breast and wheat bread with water.

Dinner: Sauteed vege's with meat and rice.

Inbetween I snack on Special K's snack bars or bread.

My training always starts with a 2 mile run on the treadmill with a maximum incline of level 13 in which I gradually elevate.

After that comes 60 pushups followed by 30 crunches.
Then another 60 diamond pushups followed by 30 crunches and 30 leg raises.

End with some static stretching.

I train like 4 times a week, sometimes 3 days at once or 2...

Trying to achieve mass and get toned too..

What do you people think? Any pointers?
