Sport Power Bars

Sport Fitness
Hmmm it does what it says gives energy for performance i've eaten lots of these bars. But i don't really notice a BIG difference. It's like protein powder for me i know it helps but i don't notice a big difference.

I'm planning to eat one before the obsticle course(under "weight training") because i need to be at peak performance i will eat. A POWERBAR!

oh yeah it's not lifting weights obsticle course but a lot of moving around and a lot of body weight exercises.

oh ya speaking of PowerBars i bought 72 Bars lol because it was at a good price. :p

I avoid them personally. Their usually filled with junk and your better off making your own or using something else for energy, thats just my opinion.

High-Fructose Corn Syrup is SUGAR. Being that it's listed as the first ingredient, that is not particularly healthy.

Natty PB is super good for you!

natural :)
