Hi
I am a 42 year old man.
I am 5ft 8in and weigh 13st 4lb.
I have a slim everything except a pot belly and a wobbly neck.
I don't drink or smoke, but I eat rubbish (take aways, chocolate, crisps etc).
I used to drink a lot of full fat cola (probably 5 or 6 cans a day).
I have changed this to diet cola (and since the change I now find normal cola doesn't taste very nice).
A couple of years ago I lost a bit of weight and went down to about 12st 5lb.
However my belly and neck (although a bit smaller) didn't seem to change much.
My question is, is losing weight enough to try and get a slim belly and neck?
Any tips on the best way to concentrate on my tummy and neck?
As I said my arms and legs etc aren't fat.
Thanks
