Begin on your hands and knees on the BOSU. Try to keep your feet off the ground, but if you need extra balance you can place your toes on the ground to steady yourself.Slowly raise one leg straight out behind you. Try to keep your head, neck, back, and leg all in a straight line. Return to the starting position and repeat with the same leg 10-15 times, before switching to the other leg.
