Hey everyone! Just interested to see what everyone has to say on the topic! I will start. If you have a magic bullet or a blender of sorts, I absolutely love this smoothie anytime of the day!

Recipe:
A cup of milk (250 ml)
A banana
A handful of frozen fruit (I like the berry mix with blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and blackberries)
a yogurt (I find it helps with texture, a couple spoonfuls if you have a tub, or I get the assorted packages as they accent the smoothie with the different flavours making it slightly different each time :) HINT: Cheap brands like irresistables will suffice! For the berries too!)
OPTIONAL: A scoop of protein powder. (This makes the smoothie much more filling and rich, I strongly recommend it! )

Some people mess around with peanut butter and nutella but I like to keep to the above! Feel free to check it out or tweak it yourself! I am eager to hear what everyone has to say!

Oh, I also found this interesting dvd set about healthy foods and food combinations that I also recommend having a look at! If you want to buy it its relatively cheap but theres a bunch of free information on the website as well!
