Post Workout Shake ????????

Just Brought all these supps to start taking after my workout
Is this the correct ratio ???

Whey Protein 24g
Dextrose 24g
Maltodextrin 24g
creatine ethyl ester hcl 5g (Tastes Foul)
Glutamine 5g

All mixed up with water

Maybe the protein /carb mix seems a bit light For my weight 215lbs
But im cutting and a bit unsure of all that sugar.

I Have to take this late at night 1hr before sleep is this ok ???
What should i take on NON- Training days ???
 
Seriously consider another training time. Sleeping 1 hour after training and with a pow shake on the belly will cause restlessness and probably hinder your recovery ability... wake up and get in early or directly after work.

Creatine ester...eh...creatine is creatine adding hcl to creatine does not make it better...watch out for supp scams.
 
I already get up at 5.00am so its really not an option.

Whats HCL stand for then ???

I Thought ethyl ester was easily absorbed into the body without loading
and doesnt cause bloating.Thats why I choose it over monohydrate Maybe I'm wrong
