Post workout protein

Very simple question coming up: I always do 60mins cardio after my weights workout - when should I drink my post workout shake...before cardio or after cardio?
 
Damn thats alot of cardio! I would say after weight training, drink it with water and give yourself about 20 minutes to rest and digest. Water will help your stomach as where milk may upset it.
 
What can I say...I'm a cardio junkie!! ;) I agree with a water-based shake - at the moment, I usually finish the weights and then drink my shake, rest for about 5 mins or so then hit the cardio room. I jsut wondered if there was anything to be gained by waiting until after the cardio really.
