Post a link to your FIRST thread

Hahaha, I thought this might be pretty funny. I just got the idea to look up all the threads I've ever started, and naturally my first one was the most interesting to me...it's amazing how I've learned so damn much. It's freaking awesome to be honest, I'm so happy that I really got into this stuff!

I remember being in the position I was at that time. All I would do is run my ass off, and never lifted. I couldn't have told you wtf a deadlift or squat was. :yelrotflmao:

Also, at the time, which was Jan. 2005, I said I had a 10-7 day and felt beat after getting off...HAHAHAHA, boy if I knew back then that the days would just get looonnggeeerrr and more tiring, I woulda appreciated that **** more!!!! It's also cool that nowadays I can have a 10 hour school/work day and still feel pumped to hit the gym or go biking...

A lot has changed for me since then, but one thing caught my eye that hasn't changed one bit.

"I am very serious about this, and I don't want to lose faith and quit after a couple months."

I still get down to business and stick to it, biyatch!

So, some people post up their FIRST thread ever, should make for a good read! :beerchug::beerchug::beerchug:

Holy crap..i'm emberassed of myself 1 year ago..

Well, i see people are recommending atleast .5 grams of protein per pound. Im around a 143 pounds and thats around 71/72 grams of protein. I can't possibly see myself eating that much protein in a day, i think i usually eat like around 30grams of protein a day.

Since I've started weight lifting more, will around 30grams of protein build muscle or do i need to increase the amount of protein im eating

Nothing too special I guess. Funny thing is, my stats are about the same yet I feel like I'm in better shape. Chillen's rhyme at the end is pretty cool though.
